How do I sign up for classes?

Getting started is easy! You can send us a message here, or feel free to drop in and try a class. Your first class is always free!

What should I wear/bring to a kickboxing class?

Wear comfortable workout attire. While most of our participants go barefoot, if you prefer shoes, we ask that they be clean and dry (no outdoor footwear). You should also bring a bottle of water. As far as gloves and pads go, we have plenty to share!

How long are the classes?

All of our classes are an hour long and include warm-ups and instructional exercises to help you learn the fundamentals of kickboxing.

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?

Of course! We understand that some people are hesitant to commit to something they are not sure about. We invite you to try your first class for free so that you feel good about coming back for more.

How often should I attend classes for the best results?

Is there a minimum age requirement for classes?

The minimum age for kickboxing classes is 8 with a guardian or 12 without. If you are bringing a child under 12, we don’t expect you to participate in classes with them – but we would love to see you throw some kicks and punches as well! Just be prepared to support your child during the class if needed.

Is there a difference between kickboxing and boxing?

There sure is! While both sports involve striking with the hands and feet, kickboxing also incorporates kicks, knees, and elbows, making it a more versatile and dynamic martial art.
